Teen Meeting Information
Teen Meeting Dates:
We plan to have All Teen meetings to work on planning and teen skill building. These meetings will be at Lenexa VFW located at 9550 Pflumm, Lenexa, KS 66215 unless otherwise stated. It is important that teens attend ALL meetings to ensure they are properly prepared for Day Camp. We ask that you report absences to the Teen Coordinators before meetings.

The initial focus of these meetings will be on training with later meetings being used to work on posters, mailboxes, SWAPS, ect. Unit Teens will work with the parents of their campers to schedule unit parties at the VFW at one of three scheduled times the executive board will have reserved.​​

All meetings will be from 2pm-4pm on the dates that follow:

March 9th - ALL TEENS AND TEEN PARENTS
March 30th - ALL TEENS - training and job assignments
April 6th - ALL TEENS
April 13th - ALL TEENS: KNOX CHURCH
April 27th - Station Teens only
May 4th - Station Teens only
June 1st - Station Teens only
June 8th - ALL TEENS and Overnight Parent volunteers
NEW Planned Unit Party Dates:

All Unit Aides should plan to schedule their unit party on one of these dates. All will be held at the Carmack Community Room at the Central Resource Library

Please remember to bring a box of individually wrapped snacks to share to each meeting (leftovers will be brought to camp for the teen snack table)
