Need Assistance? We have lots of options to help lower the cost to families:

Take Advantage of our Early Bird discount by registering before March 16th - Saves $20/registration

Some Troops will use troop funds to pay for a portion (or all) of the registration cost - talk with your troop leader to see if this is an option for your troop

Add 2025 Cookie Dough your Girl Scout may have earned towards the cost of registration

Apply for and add Opportunity Fund discount - $47 off if approved. Apply by contacting Council.

Apply for West is Best scholarship Fund for additional financial assistance
Cookie Dough earned from the 2024 Cookie Season may be used to pay for Day Camp! Just let us know when you register if you think you will be using any cookie dough earned and we will work with Girl Scouts to apply it to your camp fees!
For the 2024 Cookie Season:
275+ packages sold - $5 in cookie dough
300+ packages sold - $35 in cookie dough
600+ packages sold - $10 in cookie dough (combined with Belt Bag offering - choose either cookie dough or coin purse)
1250+ packages sold - $75 in cookie dough
1500+ packages sold - $175 in cookie dough
*these recognitions are in combination with other physical awards so you much choose the Cookie Dough option in order to use towards Day Camp Registration fee
